Temple Description

Situated right on the banks of river Cauvery, in Mandya district, near Mysuru, this is a calm and serene place where you can meditate and perhaps experience the divine for yourself! On one side of the Sai Mandir stands the 150 year old Omkareswara Temple of Lord Shiva and on the other side stands the 325 year old shrine of Vanadevata. The original embers from the Dhuni at Shirdi Sai Mandir had been brought here and consecrated. The same Dhuni (sacred fire) has been kept burning ever since, continuously for over a decade!
