Located 300 meters from the Pattadakal Bus Stand, the Jambulinga Temple, nestled behind the Galaganatha Temple within the temple complex, is a modest shrine built in the 7th century.
This temple, constructed in the Nagara architectural style, features a sanctum and a small mandapa. Although it is modeled after the Huchchimalli Temple in Aihole, it is smaller in scale. The sukanasi of the temple displays a carved image of Lord Shiva with Parvathi. The temple is elevated on a high plinth adorned with five moldings, which are embellished with intricate depictions of miniature ganas and birds.
The sanctum walls are decorated with sculptures of Siva, Surya, and Vishnu.
