A pilgrimage site called Yediyuru Siddhalingeshwara Temple is located in Yedeyuru Village, Kunigal Town, in the Indian state of Karnataka.
The famed Lingayata Saint Nirvikalpa Shivayoga Samadhi of Tontada Siddalinga, who flourished late in the 15th century, is contained in it.
Every year, the temple celebrates Ugadi and Maha Shivaratri with events.
To commemorate Sri Siddhalingeshwara’s achievement of the Samadhi, jathre is done on Chaitra bahula saptami, the seventh day of the Hindu calendar (Ugadi). The annual Sahasra Rudrabhisheka is held on Maha Shivarathri. Every new moon day, the Sahasra Kamala Pooja, Laksha Bilvarchane Pooja, and Kumbhabhisheka Pooja are conducted. Shravana is the month for these rituals. Laksha Deepotsava is a yearly celebration that involves lighting the temple with oil during Deepavali, often known as the “festival of lights.”
